The Buying Process

Buying property, especially land, and building your dream home in Thailand can appear to be a very difficult process.

At Varline we aim to make the process as clear, simple and as efficient as possible.

Firstly, we speak both English and Thai and have handled many property transactions for Thai and Foreign customers alike.

​

All available information and documentation will be made available to the prospective Buyer and we encourage a personal inspection of the property. Thereafter discussion on price and terms are conducted through our team and reconfirmed in writing to both parties.

​

We will explain in advance the procedures and documents required and will arrange a time and date when both Buyer and Seller can meet at the Land Office to conclude the transaction.

As the most active real estate agent in the area, we have a good insight into market trends and recent transactions to help both Buyers and Sellers make informed decisions.

​

We encourage Buyer and Seller to meet at the earliest opportunity and to reconfirm, with us, all details in advance of the transaction.

​

As Agents we never mark up prices or include hidden commissions. Everything is agreed in advance with the Seller and is open to the Buyer.

As a registered company we are liable for VAT however the commission we receive is always Nett.

​

Our team will carry out checks with the land department prior to the sale and will arrange everything in advance for the day of the transfer to ensure everything proceeds as smoothly and as quickly as possible.

​

On the day of the transfer, a member of our team will be at the land office to guide all parties through the process. Commission is payable by the Seller only upon completion of the sale.
